70 year old Ernie Hall of Galion has died from the injuries he sustained in the accident that closed US 30 on Tuesday afternoon. Hall was taken by MedFlight to OSU Hospital in Columbus, after he was involved in the crash.
The accident saw 86 year old Chester Millheim of Ashland, drive the wrong way on US 30 and strike the car of 81 year old John Harsh of Galion, head on. The drivers in both vehicles did not suffer life threatening injuries. Alcohol is not a factor in the crash. The accident remains under investigation.
