A man from Canton, who has frequented the Mansfield area, is wanted by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force for rape of a minor. 38 year old Surfin Percy is a white male, stands 5'7, 190 lbs. Percy is a former security guard and part time police officer. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
