Richland County's Board of Elections predicts around a 45-percent turnout for tomorrow's primary election. According to RichlandSource.com, about four-thousand voters had cast early in-person or absentee ballots as of Friday. Early voting at the Longview Center ends at two p.m. today, with polling locations open between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. tomorrow.
