Ashland County Commissioners Delay Purchase of Pumphouse Property

There has been a delay in the purchase of the former Pump House Ministries office building on Orange St. in Ashland.

The Ashland County commissioners, who in early April approved to buy the building, said a new lien has been discovered on the deed and needs to be resolved, before the county can take over the property.

RichlandSource.com reports, the delay is expected to be brief, before eventually going through.

The 44,000 square foot building is being purchased for just over $145,000.
