Ohio Governor Mike DeWine says masks are a symbol of freedom. Speaking yesterday, he said if 75-to-80-percent of people wear them in public, COVID-19 numbers will decrease. Despite this, Ohio doesn't have a mask mandate in place after DeWine flip-flopped on the idea earlier on in the pandemic. He says an increase in cases is being seen in the Cleveland, Cincinnati and Dayton areas.
