Mansfield Talks About Security Cameras After Vandalism in Parks

The city of Mansfield is looking into installing security camera’s in some area parks after reports of vandalism taking place at Johns Park and North Lake park.

City Council President David Falquette said tables and chairs were recently stolen out of a pavilion.

The cost per camera is between $2,500 to $3,500 dollars. If approved, the money would come out of the parks budget. The cameras could be monitored by the 911 dispatch center.
