The Ashland County Commissioners have approved an additional $40,000 on the new HVAC system that is being installed inside the Ashland County Courthouse.

RichlandSource.com reports work started back in May and is more than $147,000 dollars over than the original $690,000 dollar budget.

Extra electrical work and piping was the most recent additions to the project being handled by a company out of Marion. The Ashland County Courthouse was built back in the late 1920’s.
