The Richland County Commissioners have approved a new member to the Richland County Children Services Board.
RichlandSource.com reports, Mary Stentz will now complete the term of Deanna West-Torrence, who recently resigned. Stentz, who is now the 9th member of the board, is a Mansfield resident and substitute teacher for the Mansfield City Schools.
