A $300,000 dollar renovation project for the Ashland County Job and Family Services building has a slight delay because the County Commissioners, have not received any bids for the work.

The upgrades to the Fourth Street facility, which was built back in 1992, will likely see bids go back out again soon, according to RichlandSource.com.

The new floor plan could see up to 30 offices, which will see VSWC Architects, of Mason, Ohio, handle the design work.
