Mansfield Senior gave head coach Chioke Bradley a nice birthday gift, as the Tygers beat Ontario in the playoff opener Friday, 38-0 at Arlin Field. The story of the night was the incredible play of the Senior High defense, which allowed just 72 yards of total offense in the first ever meeting in football between the schools. Mansfield Senior forced 5 turnovers and improved to 6-1 at home in playoff games.
The Tygers (9-2) will now play Defiance (7-4) in the Regional quarterfinals at Arlin Field on Friday (11/4).
