In order to allow court personnel and staff to attend funeral services for Judge Frank J. Ardis, Jr., the Mansfield Municipal Court, Clerk of Court, and Law Director's Office will only be open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023. For those individuals that are set for arraignment on Friday, 9/22/23, their court date is hereby continued to the following Friday, 9/29/2023, at the original time that they were set. Arraignment for incarcerated individuals on 9/22/23 will be conducted at 8:00 a.m. However, the Clerk of Court will be open from Noon to 1:00 p.m. to allow for posting of bonds. The Clerk of Court will also be available to post bonds on Saturday, 9/23/23 and Sunday, 9/24/23 in the Violations Office of the Clerk of Court.
