The Relay for Life of Ashland will be Friday, May 31 through Saturday, June 1, 2013. The survivor ceremony kicks off the event at 4:00pm. The Luminary ceremony is at 9:00pm and the event wraps up at 10:00 am with the closing ceremony. Once again many events will take place during the relay. The ever popular Ms. Relay pageant is back again this year along with a dodgeball tournament, 5K run & frozen T-shirt contest. New this year is a paddle auction & pie eating contest. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office D.A.R.E. program is holding it’s 16th annual Car/Cycle Show. It will be held on June 1st 2013 at Carl’s Auto Sales at 836 Hopley Ave. in Bucyrus, Ohio. 10 am till 4 pm. Registration till 2pm. The Bucyrus Night Prowlers Car Club will again host the Car Show for the D.A.R.E. program. There will be door prizes, 50/50 drawing and more. There will be 40 trophies . And come receive one of kind dash plaques. Also there will be food and refreshments available throughout the day. There will be oldies music played all day for entertainment.
